Frequently asked questions
1. By when do I have to book my ski course/lessons?
We recommend booking as early as possible - especially in high season. Online bookings are possible up to 1 day before the start of the course, depending on availability.
2. Can I also book spontaneously on site?
Yes, if there are still places available. At Children's courses Early reservation is strongly recommended as these are booked up particularly quickly.
3. Is the ski pass (lift ticket) included in the ski school prices?
No, the ski pass is not included in the course price and must be purchased separately.
4. When do I need a ski pass (lift ticket)?
As soon as the course takes place on lifts or conveyor belts in the ski area, a ski pass is required.
👉 Children up to 6 years of age generally do not need their own ski pass – please find out the exact conditions from the mountain railway.
5. Is ski equipment included in the ski school prices?
No, but you can easily carry all the equipment with you Goingsport borrow on site. Our ski school works closely with you.
6. When do I need ski equipment?
Full equipment is required from the first day of the course. Please make sure you have suitable, tested equipment.
7. What do I have to consider before starting the course?
Please arrive at the meeting point on time, with all equipment, a valid ski pass (if required) and clothing appropriate for the weather.
8. What language do the ski/snowboard instructors speak?
Our teachers usually speak German and English. Other languages are possible on request – please let us know in good time.
9. Are there ski courses for the whole family?
Yes! We offer courses for all ages and all levels. Private courses are particularly suitable for families – individual and flexible.
10. What happens if I cannot come to my course for health reasons?
Please contact us as early as possible. With a doctor's note, we can usually offer a refund or credit.
